We deliver to most of the world's countries. You can find more detailed information under Shipping & Payment. Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on workdays and shipped immediately. Our standard shipping within the EU takes a total of 2 to 5 working days, outside the EU 6 to 12 working days. We always do our best to get your order on the way as soon as possible. Delivery usually only takes a few days.
We currently accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort Klarna, giropay, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.
When ordering within the EU, all additional costs such as VAT and duties are included in the price indicated. For orders outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of taxes. The price excludes the cost of physical customs inspection in countries where it is required. Please note that we cannot calculate invoice amounts under or mark them as gifts. Customs regulations vary from country to country - please contact your local customs office for more information. Note that customs agents can sometimes delay delivery of your order.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is currently not possible to change it again before shipping. You have the option to cancel this, but you have to act quickly. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel the order. However, we cannot promise that it will work if you have already received an email confirmation. You can find more information about canceling your order under Returns. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to send it back to us.
Your order is insured up to a value of 600 €. The insurance takes effect when the parcel service receives a signature. This also includes the signature of a third party. An order is considered fulfilled when the parcel service receives a signature. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged as possible fraud by our fraud evaluation software.
Your payment details are encrypted and protected with the highest security standards so that they can be transmitted securely.
Yes, all items, except 'Sale' items, can be returned at your own expense if they have not been used. Please contact our customer support for the return. In the event of a return, the items will be checked and refunded within 14 days (minus the original shipping costs). All returned items must be like new, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and hangtags. Please remember Returns are harmful to the environment and expensive.

The goods will be refunded after your return has been received and processed. Processing can take up to 5 working days. Please keep the tracking number of the parcel service.
We do not offer exchanges. If you don't like the product and want to replace it with another, please send us the 'old' product and place a new order. We will credit you for the returned product as soon as we receive it in the warehouse.
If you received the wrong items, please contact us. A short email with the information about which article it is and will fix the problem quickly.
We will be happy to process your complaint if you have purchased a product directly from us in the online store within the last 12 months. Send us 2-3 photos showing the product and the defect and give us your invoice number or order number. If you did not buy one of our products directly in our online store, please contact the shop in which you bought it. You can also find addresses for this in the Store Locator.
Our products are highly water-repellent and the materials are even waterproof. All fabrics are equipped with a laminated film made of TPU, PU or PVC on the inside, which makes the material impermeable up to a water pressure of 1,500 mm. However, it is possible that moisture can penetrate through seams and zippers in heavy rain. That is why we speak of "water-repellent" and not "waterproof". We use water-repellent zippers on many products.
All of our products are vegan. We do not use real leather on our products.
